Do I need to purchase tickets in advance?First-Run Film Tickets: We recommend you purchase tickets for first-run films at the door instead of in advance online. Our in-person box office opens 30 minutes before showtime and it is an extremely rare occasion that a first-run film playing for a week at Lincoln Theater will sell out. Special Event Tickets, Special Film Broadcast Tickets, and Live Theater Tickets: We encourage you to purchase tickets in advance for these special events as they do often sell out. When an event is sold out through our online box office, we do not release additional tickets for purchase at the door.

I purchased tickets online but now can’t attend. Can I return them for a refund or exchange them for another event?Unfortunately we do not offer refunds or exchanges on ticket purchases. If you purchased tickets in advance for a film or special event at Lincoln Theater and you are unable to attend, we encourage you to give the tickets to someone who is able to attend in your place. For admission they will need to present the tickets, confirmation email, or know the information (email, name) you provided at checkout. If you are unable to pass the tickets on to someone else and would like to receive a letter acknowledging the amount of your unused tickets as a tax-deductible gift to the theater, please contact us at info@LincolnTheater.net
